In Loving Memory of Linda Walker, 1943–2014

Why we adopted a tree for mom.

A devoted mother and a gentle soul, Linda dedicated her life to caring for others, always putting her children and family above all else.

She offered comfort and kindness to everyone she met, creating a sense of warmth wherever she went. Like this tree, she provided shade, rest, and a place of peace to those in need.

This pathway and bench will serve as a reminder of her love and the legacy of compassion she leaves behind.

Where can you see the tree?

You can visit Mom’s tree at the Ogden Botanical Gardens along the Ogden Pathway. As you go from the parking lot to the trail you’ll find the bench and the plaque on your right as you face east.

Thank you, Mom.
